Sara Yahyaoui is an enterprise technology sales leader with 17+ years driving complex B2B sales and strategic accounts across North and West Africa.

Her career includes regional commercial roles at Oracle, Mastercard and Inetum, spanning networks, OSS/BSS and digital finance, with deep expertise in the telecom/MNO sector. She has a proven track record of building new business segments, expanding solution footprints, closing multi-country agreements and winning complex RFPs.

Today, through SalesArch, she partners with CEOs, Revenue Leaders and HR executives across Africa to build high-performing sales organizations, strengthen commercial talent and expand into new markets.

Sara holds a Telecommunications Engineering degree from INPT and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and is a Certified Executive Coach and Certified Design Thinking Facilitator.
