Abdellah BOUKHROUF

I’m Abdellah BOUKHROUF, a banking executive with extensive experience in commercial development, branch management, customer relationship management, and regional banking operations within Morocco’s financial sector.

I currently serve as Group Director at Al Barid Bank in the Oujda Metropolitan Area, where I lead commercial initiatives, support strategic banking operations, and contribute to business growth and regional performance.

Throughout my professional journey, I have held several positions, including Branch Director, Quality Auditor, and Regional Coordinator, which allowed me to develop strong expertise in customer experience, sales strategy, team leadership, operational excellence, and banking transformation.

I hold a Master’s degree in Economics with a specialization in Social Engineering from Université Mohammed Premier, and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Economics and Management, specializing in Applied Economics, at Université Mohammed V de Rabat. I also hold an international diploma in Human Rights from the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
